These terms apply when you use the Express Detailing website, request a quote, schedule a service, or opt in to receive SMS messages from us.
Quotes and Appointments
Website quote requests are requests for review and are not final appointments. Prices may depend on vehicle type, condition, requested services, location, and other details. Requested appointment times are not confirmed until Express Detailing confirms them.
SMS Terms
When you check the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Express Detailing related to your quote, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and service status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at 682-484-8928 or express.detailingdfw@gmail.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
If a deposit is required, its amount will be provided before payment and will be applied toward the service total. Deposits are non-refundable after cancellation or a no-show. One reschedule may be permitted, subject to confirmation by Express Detailing, with the existing deposit transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Service Availability
Mobile service availability and any travel fee depend on the requested location and must be confirmed by Express Detailing. Normal scheduling hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Sunday is closed.
